The Telenco 5m Simplex SC/APC to SC/APC Fibre Patchcord is engineered for high-performance optical connectivity across FTTH, telecommunications and data centre environments. Manufactured using G.657A2 bend-insensitive singlemode fibre, the patchcord supports reliable signal transmission even when routed through compact or high-density fibre installations.

Both ends are terminated with SC/APC connectors featuring high-precision zirconia ceramic ferrules for accurate fibre alignment and stable optical connectivity. The APC interfaces provide a return loss of ≥60dB, while insertion loss is ≤0.25dB maximum and ≤0.12dB typical for Grade B performance.

The 2.0mm yellow cable features an LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) sheath, providing flame-retardant properties for professional indoor network environments. Its simplex configuration provides a single optical fibre connection, while the G.657A2 construction and 15mm static bend radius support controlled routing within patch panels, telecom racks and fibre management systems.

Each patchcord is fully tested and labelled with its batch number and IL/RL conformity for traceability. Optional B2ca and Cca fire-rated versions are also available on request for installations with specific fire performance requirements.
