FAQs
Do you offer Saturday delivery?
We don’t currently offer Saturday services. For urgent weekend requirements, speak to us about a dedicated same-day courier (POA).
What counts as “North Scotland”?
North Scotland follows our carriers’ remote postcode zoning. If your site falls into a remote surcharge area, a £45 delivery charge applies. Oversized, overweight or specialist services may also vary based on carrier and destination.
What about Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and EIRE?
We still deliver to these regions. Pricing is available upon request, so please contact the team for a delivery quotation if required.
Can you deliver racks and large items?
Yes — pallet network or 2-man delivery with book-in. Please ensure doorway, lift access and offload area are suitable at site.
Can I collect from Swindon?
Yes — Click & Collect from Unit 3, Westerngate, Hillmead Enterprise Park, Langley Rd, Swindon SN5 5WN. Please contact us in advance so we can prepare the goods.

Online orders

Cancel an online order (14-day cooling-off period)

If you placed your order online as a consumer, you may cancel within 14 calendar days of placing your order, without needing to give a reason.

What you need to do

  • Email sales.uk@telenco.com within 14 days of placing your order to tell us you want to cancel.
  • This is only acceptable before the order is dispatched.
  • We’ll refund you, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving your request.

Reminder: Keep proof of order and order number.

Returns policy

Return eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the order date.
  • Items must be resaleable: unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
  • Bespoke, special-order or non-stock items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Restocking fee

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to goods returned in resaleable condition.
  • This contributes to inspection, repackaging and returning stock to inventory.

How to request a return

  • Email sales.uk@telenco.com with your order number, item(s) and reason for return.
  • We’ll confirm whether the return is approved and provide next steps for shipping.
  • Please package items securely and include your order number inside the box.

Refunds

  • Refunds, minus any applicable restocking fee, are processed once goods are received and inspected.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on the original payment method.

Do I need to contact Telenco UK before returning items?
Yes — please email sales.uk@telenco.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return. We’ll confirm the correct route and provide return instructions where required.
What should I include in the parcel?
Please include your order number and a brief reason for return, and pack items securely, ideally in the original packaging.
How quickly will I receive my refund?
For cancellations, refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving your request. For other returns, refunds are processed after inspection; please allow up to 10 business days to reflect on the original payment method.
