The Amblers FS999 Hi Leg Side Zip Waterproof Safety Boot – Size 8 is a heavy-duty safety boot designed to provide protection, comfort and weather resistance in demanding working environments. Its full-grain nubuck leather upper incorporates a waterproof, breathable lining to help keep feet dry while maintaining comfort throughout the working day.
For colder conditions, the FS999 features 200g Thinsulate™ insulation, providing additional protection against the cold. The outsole is heat resistant up to 300°C and features anti-slip, anti-static and oil-resistant properties for dependable performance across challenging work surfaces.
Protection is provided by a composite toe cap and flexible phylon composite midsole, offering a non-metallic protective construction. A reinforced scuff cap and rear overlay provide additional protection in areas particularly susceptible to wear.
For everyday practicality, the boot incorporates a YKK® side zip and pull-on loop for quick and convenient access. An energy-absorbing rubber/phylon cushioned heel helps reduce foot fatigue, while the padded suede collar and mesh tongue provide additional comfort.
