The Rainford TrackSafe® Trackside Cabinets – Multiple Options range is engineered to provide secure, durable and high-performance enclosures for telecom and rail infrastructure in demanding outdoor environments.

 

Designed for modern network deployments, the TrackSafe® range offers flexible configurations across single bay, double bay and wide frame formats, with support for 19-inch and BRS mounting systems, enabling seamless integration with both legacy and next-generation equipment.

 

Built using 1.4003 stainless steel with a polyester powder-coated finish, these cabinets deliver exceptional resistance to corrosion, weather exposure and mechanical stress. The dual-skin insulated design combined with natural convection cooling ensures efficient passive heat dissipation of up to ~500W, eliminating the need for active cooling and significantly reducing maintenance requirements.

 

Across the range, cabinets are designed to meet the demands of harsh trackside environments, offering IP54 protection against dust and water ingress and LPS1175 Issue 8 Level 2 security certification, ensuring reliable protection against environmental exposure and opportunistic tampering.
