The Petzl ABSORBICA®-Y MGO European Version is a professional double fall-arrest lanyard with integrated energy absorber, designed for safe progression on vertical structures and horizontal lifelines. Ideal for telecom, utility and industrial environments, it ensures continuous attachment when moving between anchor points.

Available in two configurations – 80cm (rope arms) and 150cm FLEX (elasticated arms) – this lanyard range provides flexibility to suit different working conditions. The 80cm version offers controlled movement with minimal slack, while the 150cm FLEX version extends reach and improves mobility, retracting when not under tension to reduce snagging.

Supplied as a ready-to-use system, it includes two large-opening MGO connectors for structural attachment and an OK TRIACT-LOCK connector for secure connection to the harness. In the event of a fall, the compact energy absorber limits impact force through progressive webbing tear, ensuring enhanced user safety. Designed for users between 60 and 140 kg, this lanyard provides reliable protection across a wide range of working at height applications.
