The Cabinet Fan Loom with Switched Lead – 1.5m is a high-performance cooling solution designed to improve airflow and regulate temperatures within network cabinets, server racks and telecommunications enclosures.
Featuring a 120mm low-noise fan delivering up to 50CFM of airflow, this unit operates at just 25–26dB(A), making it ideal for environments where quiet operation is essential. A rubber silicone gasket fitted between the fan and cabinet mounting surface helps reduce vibration and minimise operating noise.
Supplied with a 1.5m switched UK mains lead, the integrated switch allows the fan to be powered on or off directly at the PDU without needing to access the inside of the cabinet. Consuming approximately 8W, the fan is economical to run continuously and is designed for reliable 24/7 operation.
For enhanced safety, the fan features impedance protection, a 1A fuse, and locked rotor protection, automatically disconnecting power if the fan is obstructed and restarting once the obstruction is removed. Fully assembled with secured mains wiring, the unit is UKCA and CE marked and TÜV approved for safe installation.
