The DROPTIC® LX050HDPE 1FO G.657A2 Coil – Multiple Lengths is a robust outdoor drop cable designed for FTTH façade, duct and aerial deployments across residential and MDU environments.

Constructed with a UV-resistant HDPE outer sheath and all-dielectric design, this cable delivers excellent durability for external installations while maintaining flexibility for efficient routing. Its compact 5.0mm diameter and lightweight construction ensure easy handling and strong performance in aerial applications, including spans exposed to wind conditions.

The cable features G.657A2 bend-insensitive singlemode fibre, allowing for tight routing with minimal signal loss, while the tight-buffered 0.9mm fibre structure ensures stability and protection during installation.

Reinforced with two parallel FRP rods and water-blocking elements, the DROPTIC® cable offers enhanced mechanical strength and longitudinal sealing, making it suitable for a wide temperature range and demanding outdoor environments.
