Duct Seal 1B (55–75mm Duct) TDUX-75

The TDUX-75 is a robust inflatable duct seal designed for permanently sealing 55–75mm telephone cable ducts. Part of the advanced TDUX range, this wraparound system effectively prevents water ingress into exchange vaults or manholes, protecting telecom infrastructure from damage. Compatible with plastic, concrete, or steel wall-feedthrough systems, the TDUX-75 is suitable for use with polyethylene or lead-jacketed cables and can be installed even on oval-shaped ducts or cables.

This versatile sealing system is quick to install using a Duct Inflation Tool, even in confined or water-filled environments. It offers a reliable airtight and watertight seal up to 50 kPa and can accommodate either vacant ducts or ducts containing one or two cables. A separate clip is available for sealing around multiple cables. Designed to be environmentally friendly and non-toxic, the TDUX-75 also offers strong resistance to chemicals and bacteria, while remaining easy to remove when needed.
