The Telenco Spiral Cable Abrasion Protector – 16mm is designed to provide effective mechanical protection for aerial telecommunications and fibre cables exposed to friction, movement and contact with surrounding surfaces. By creating a protective barrier around the cable, it helps reduce premature wear and extend the service life of aerial network infrastructure.
The protector is particularly suited to FTTP aerial installations, where cables can experience repeated movement and friction at suspension points, around pole hardware and against other surfaces.
