The Telenco 1m Simplex SC/APC Fibre Pigtail is designed for reliable singlemode fibre termination and splicing across FTTH, FTTx, PON and telecommunications networks. Manufactured using G.657A2 bend-insensitive singlemode fibre, it provides increased flexibility for routing within compact fibre management systems.

Factory-terminated with a green SC/APC connector, the pigtail provides precise optical connectivity with an insertion loss of ≤0.25dB maximum and ≤0.12dB typical. A return loss of ≥60dB makes it suitable for applications requiring dependable optical performance.

The 900µm yellow buffered fibre features an LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) coating and is suitable for routing within splice trays, patch panels, optical enclosures and telecom cabinets. Its G.657A2 construction provides improved bend performance for space-constrained installations.

At 1 metre long, the pigtail is particularly suited to short internal routing and fusion splicing applications where efficient fibre management and minimal excess fibre are required.
