The Telenco Air Blown Fibre Assembly (ABF) is a pre-terminated single-mode fibre solution designed for installation through compatible microduct infrastructure. Featuring a compact 1.2mm nominal outer diameter, the assembly provides a streamlined solution for underground fibre access network deployments.

The smooth-sheath ABF construction features a UV-curable acrylate resin coating with an HDPE outer sheath. Its compact profile is designed for air blown fibre installation, allowing the assembly to travel through compatible microduct while protecting the optical fibre during deployment.

Each single-fibre assembly is supplied in an LC/APC to LC/APC ferrule configuration, with the protected ferrule arrangement at the blowing end. The pre-terminated design helps reduce the requirement for field connectorisation after installation, supporting faster and more consistent fibre deployment.

Available in multiple length options, the range allows installers to select an appropriate assembly for different underground microduct routes, from shorter customer connections through to longer FTTH, FTTx and telecommunications network deployments.
