The TED® Cobra Rod Replacement – 11mm × 200m is a professional refill rod designed for use with the Mainroad TED® Needle system, providing a safe and efficient solution for reloading rod reels during underground cable installation and ducting operations.
Engineered for secure and controlled installation, the calibrated rod reel is fitted directly into the Mainroad TED® Needle frame using integrated clamps. The rod remains locked in position until securely mounted, significantly reducing the risks associated with traditional rod unwinding and rewinding methods.
Designed to improve operational efficiency and technician safety, the system allows installation to be carried out by a single operator, helping reduce labour requirements and installation time on-site.
Supplied with a pre-assembled ring and screwed-on 35mm rotating ball, the replacement rod is ideal for telecom, utility and infrastructure cable installation environments.
