The Rainford CommSafe® Single Bay LH End Pod – Grey – 20U × 600D is a specialist outdoor enclosure designed to provide dedicated space for power distribution, battery systems and auxiliary equipment alongside primary telecom infrastructure.

Part of the CommSafe® cabinet range, this left-hand (LH) end pod configuration integrates seamlessly with single bay cabinets, offering a segregated compartment for power and support systems, improving organisation, safety and maintenance access in complex installations.

Engineered for railway and critical infrastructure environments, the cabinet ensures reliable performance in harsh outdoor conditions, protecting equipment from moisture, dust and temperature fluctuations. Its IP55-rated enclosure provides strong environmental protection, supporting long-term deployment in exposed locations.

Constructed from 1.4003 stainless steel with a polyester powder-coated finish (RAL 7035 Light Grey), the end pod delivers excellent resistance to corrosion and mechanical stress. It supports flexible equipment integration, making it ideal for housing power distribution units, batteries and cable management systems within a secure and accessible compartment.
