The CommScope NCC TDUX-45 Duct Seal 1C is a flexible inflatable wraparound sealing system designed to protect telecommunications cable ducts against water ingress. Suitable for 35–45mm ducts, it provides a reliable sealing solution for underground fibre and telecommunications infrastructure.

The wraparound construction enables the seal to be installed around existing cables, making it suitable for both new network deployments and maintenance applications. The TDUX system can be used with plastic, concrete or steel ducting, including wall-feed-through installations.

Once inflated, the duct seal provides a water- and airtight barrier up to 50kPa, helping protect network infrastructure within manholes, chambers and exchange vaults. Its flexible construction also enables installation within congested locations where access around existing cables may be restricted.

The TDUX-45 is resistant to chemicals and bacteria, non-toxic and designed for straightforward removal when future access to the duct or cable is required. Supplied as a pack of 10 for network rollouts, installation projects and ongoing maintenance.
