The CAT6A U/UTP RJ45 to RJ45 Patchcord – 4.9m is a slim-profile network patch cable designed for high-density structured cabling environments. Featuring Patchsee and Patchclip technologies, it provides a simple method of cable identification, helping technicians trace connections quickly during installation, maintenance and network changes.

Featuring AWG28 tinned copper conductors in a four-pair U/UTP configuration, the patchcord supports network applications up to 10 Gbit/s. Its compact 3.8mm overall diameter helps reduce cable congestion compared with larger patchcords, making it particularly suitable for densely populated racks, cabinets and patching environments.

An integrated optical waveguide consisting of two 0.5mm plastic optical fibres supports light-based cable identification. The slim sleeve is aligned with the RJ45 connector to help maximise connection density and improve accessibility around high-density patch panels and network equipment.

Finished with a black PVC sheath, the 4.9m patchcord includes reference and length markings on the sleeve for easier identification. As one of the longer options within the range, it provides increased routing flexibility for professional data centre, telecoms and structured cabling installations.
